When you want to return something, be aware that you have to physically return it to the store or pay for return shipping
While the manager of the closet section was very helpful, the other employees were straight up clueless and rude. We had made an online order, paid for shipping, and when they got delivered, we realized we were sent the wrong shelf brackets, which were incompatible with our shelves. They weren’t the brackets on our order or receipt. We called, and were told to come in and exchange the brackets. I asked specifically whether they had them in stock, and was told “yes we have more than 100 of them”.When we dragged a ton of the wrong brackets down there, the manager at the closet section told us the employee on the phone gave us the wrong information, and they only had 9 brackets available. He gave us the 9, and an order to get the remaining ones shipped to us, and sent us to returns and exchanges to process it.As soon as we showed up, the woman working the register there refused to do anything, saying, “I can’t help you, I can’t process a return for an item that’s not on your receipt”. We had to call the manager over there to explain to her, and eventually she started processing them. It was processed as a “refund” for the brackets, and then a new order for the ones we were getting shipped. However, we luckily checked the receipt for the refund, and saw the amount we were credited back was LESS than the amount they were now charging us (there was a discount for the original refunded order, while we were being charged full price during the exchange).We said this made no sense, and the employee started acting very agitated, acting like she was already doing us a huge favor by waiving the shipping fee. The shipping fee for items we *already* paid shipping for and never received. We tried explaining that we shouldn’t be charged extra for items we were supposed to get in the first place, after already being inconvenienced by having to come in and exchange them. She literally just walked off, saying “I’m not dealing with this”.The closet manager then came over to the register and processed the exchange himself, at the proper price, and was nice enough to take 10% off for all the trouble. But even so, it was a huge hassle and massive waste of time, and we now still have to wait for the rest of the proper brackets to finally ship to us.

I had a great experience getting my first container via power container hub. I was trying to find one on my own at first but after checking out containers and then looking for a delivery driver along with not having any guarantees, I chose to go with USA Containers. Thanks to Talia and Nikita for completely walking me through the process. They never rushed me into making my decision to buy but did great follow up. I also got a VA discount. Thx Gals! 😃I will use them again if I ever decide to purchase another one.
USA Containers are great. The driver was on-time, professional and did a heck of a job getting it in a tight place. He wasn't happy until he got it where I wanted. The one time use container looks brand new. Thanks. I picked them because it's pay upon delivery. There are lots of scams out there. Be careful.

Ordered a container from USA Containers, delivery date was later than expected but compdriverached out to me and got it delivered a day or two later instead of a week like originally told. Delivery driver kept me up to date with estimated delivery time and dropped the container off exactly where I wanted it. I chose to pay when It was delivered, fast and easy process over the phone. Container arrived with no damages, everything as it is supposed to be. I would recommend this company for anyone in the market and I will be buying from them again in the future
I had a 40-foot container delivered to Alberta, Canada. The delivery was a bit rough as the trailer to deliver it broke and it couldn’t be delivered in the time frame I needed it BUT Jonathan and the group were very good to keep me informed and even contacted me on Thanksgiving Day to give me an update. I know things were out of their control and they did all they could do. I was very appreciative of the constant communication.
Very disappointed with the container that was supposed to be a one tripper and new. There was no inspection on it. I got one with double doors doors on both sides of a 8x40x9.5. On one side of the container, both the left and the right door gasket was completely completely destroyed heavily damaged and it should’ve never been shipped. I had it delivered in Fruitland, Utah and it was a mile off the highway so it was very difficult to get in. Dropped the container off. I literally contacted them to let them know the problem. I have still not yet got a phone call. I have got an email from them, but that’s me trying to get a hold of them time after time after time and apparently they said they were sorry and that they would mail me a. Door gasket. I have no tracking number. It’s been two weeks since the box was delivered still nobody’s contacted me. I cannot get a response from them. I definitely would not highly recommend when there’s so much more competition out there they advertise. They have a 10 year warranty and I’m sure that’s probably not worth anything considering I can’t get the door gasket on a brand new container fixed or replaced, here are a few pictures if I was you, I would Shop elsewhere. I do not recommend. I was expecting a newer container than 2022 But I did not ask exactly how old the container was so that would be my fault there again I would shop elsewhere and be aware

Beatrice Zama has truly been a godsend! I was struggling to get a storage container and had already been scammed twice by companies on Facebook Marketplace. She understood my situation and worked with me to ensure delivery on the specific date I needed. Even though the weather was beyond our control, Cary stepped in and made everything happen seamlessly. Jeremy, the delivery driver, was equally fantastic. He was patient and went above and beyond to help me position the container exactly where I wanted it. I'm very pleased with USA Containers. Mr Miguel coordinated through phone, was very professional and very patient. I also am very pleased with the driver that delivered the container, I think his name is James. Very professional and even though it took a lot of maneuvering to get it in the spot I wanted it, he was at all time courteous, and kind ...very patient. I am very satisfied and I would recommend this company if you want a shipping container. I also received the military discount as they advertise. Thank you USA Containers...yall are awesome!
